Trying to move iOS / OS X Notes data around. Horrible overall, but incidentally I found ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes/Data/Library/Notes binary file has all data from notes I deleted. Looks like never clears.

This is almost useful — I can attach a Simplenote document stored via nvAlt on my local drive with a Mindnode node. From Mindnode I can go to doc in Finder, open with nvAlt.

I never want to minimize my OS X windows. Always annoying to hit cmd-M by accident. Finally realized I could remap cmd-M. Duh. (Mapped to notification center for moment.)

@jws I’m experimenting with using IFTTT to create Slack board post based on pinboard tag feed event for f/u discussion. FRUSTRATING that IFTTT only supports one Slack account at time. What’s with that?!

@jws Another reason yammer and other social business knowledge sharing apps die – corporations are conflicted about knowledge sharing. They don’t want employees to develop networks outside hierarchy, business units compete, etc.

… Turning off iCloud Keychain sync and doing some cleanup seems to have fixed my Mavericks Mail/Gmail account issues. Ugh, what a mess. I should write that one up. Wonder if it was side-effect of using Yosemite on one device, Mavericks on another. #b

Google’s Help file says it’s possible to share a location from new Google Maps. I just have to find the 3 horizontal bar ‘menu box’. Except I don’t see it… Emily can’t see it… Maybe the kids can see it …?
