The “iTunes”, “card” and “gift” branding are insanely confusing. These are all ways to put credit into a “Apple Store” account — except “Apple Store Cards” are for buying things through physical Apple Stores, unless, of course, one is buying them through an online Apple Store.
Sheesh. What a train wreck. Apple has a lot of branding rework to do.
Anyway, multiple ways to get App/Media/iTunes credit to someone who doesn’t have a credit card or bank account. Including iTunes Pass (never heard of it) where someone can bring cash to an Apple Store and get credit. There’s even a way to buy months of iTunes music streaming.
