After watching Minneapolis-St Paul fail miserably at putting a crosswalk law in place, I’ve decided we’re fighting the wrong war.

We will never get humans to safely interact with pedestrians on our hell-damned four lane urban streets.

We need to convert every last one of them to 3 lanes.
