I use Trello for Project Management with a Queue List and an Active List. Cards are Tasks, milestones have dates. As best I can tell Trello wants me to archive Cards that are “done”; there is no Done attribute. Archiving preserves Task attributes, but not List relationships, so I treat Archive as  “Done” list.
