App Limits: Tap on “App Limits”, then “Add Limit”, choose “All Apps & Categories” and set a daily limit of, say, 3 hours. Be sure to enable “Block at End of Limit”[2].
Downtime: Tap on “Downtime” and enter time that Explorer is at work or school.
