Got notice Fidelity NetBenefits had discontinued support for Quicken for Mac when updating accounts. Wrong. Had to delete Fidelity cookies/data from Safari, restart Safari/Quicken, fixed.

… If you were a MobileMe user migrated to iCloud you should generally use your ‘@me.com’ username for all authentications. That is still what Apple uses behind the scenes. Your @icloud.com username is just a redirect and I think it’s imperfect.

My 94yo father’s care facility prints out a weekly email I send him after our Monday Skype. News and orientation, large font. He keeps in binder, reviews daily to support memory. Works very well.
