Working around lack of archive/export options for Appigo ToDo.app by creating companion Simplenote.app Note for selected items, esp project related. That way I get memory extension even when Task completed/gone.

Tendon stretching theory: Tendon irritation -> inflammation -> reflexive contraction -> shortening -> worse irritation. Stretching breaks cycle. Then can heal over weeks – as long as healing > irritation.
