AT&T Family Data Plan coming
Link. This would make Smartphones much more appealing for kid use:
“AT&T mobile business CEO Ralph de la Vega told CNet this week that his company intends to offer a “family data plan” in the near future, allowing consumers to buy an allotment of data that can be used by multiple devices.”
I don’t see how this works with contract subsidy payback though. Currently per-user data plans basically pay for the subsidized smart phone.

Anyone can find a job
Link. “Anyone who is willing to work and is serious about it will certainly find a job. Only you must not go to the man who tells you this, for he has no job to offer and doesn’t know anyone who knows of a vacancy. This is exactly the reason why he gives you such generous advice, out of brotherly love, and to demonstrate how little he knows the world.” Krugman quotes Treasure of the Sierra Madre.
